California-based Mountain Mike’s Pizza, which made its Arizona debut at Mesa Riverview last month, has opened a second Valley location in the former Tokyo Joe’s space at the Chandler Pavilions on the southeast corner of I-10 and Ray in west Chandler. There’s also a location in Tucson.
