The article, ‘‘The Next Great Food Cities,’’ cites Tucson’s tortillas, bread, and chocolate, among other things. The list of cities also includes Boise, Idaho; Charlotte, N.C.; Cincinnati; Indianapolis; Jersey City, N.J.; and Omaha, Neb.
