Grand Canyon Brewing begins $1 million expansion in Williams

Grand Canyon Brewing & Distilling, which just opened a third location in Page, now is beginning a $1 million expansion of its original Williams location. Founder John Peasley says the need for additional capacity is being driven by the popularity of Prickly Pear Wheat Ale, which accounts for nearly 50% of the brewery’s production. Construction is expected to be completed by August.
