Chicago-themed food truck Wide Daddy’s opens restaurant in Mesa

Chicago-themed food truck Wide Daddy’s, which offers Windy City favorites such as Italian beef, Polish sausage, and pork chop sandwiches, has opened a brick-and-mortar restaurant on the northwest corner of Lindsay and University in Mesa. Also on the menu: whole chicken wings, chicken gizzards, fried fish and shrimp, and pizza puffs.
