Leonard Fleszar, founder of the Valley’s Lenny’s Burger chain, has pleaded guilty to tax evasion for underreporting more than $1.4 million in income from two restaurants on his 2015-2017 federal tax returns. Fleszar has since sold the two restaurants to Bill Naylor, who now operates all six Lenny’s in the Valley. Fleszar has agreed to pay $689,000 in restitution.
