After a two-year hiatus due to the covid-19 pandemic and then a staffing shortage, Mexican restaurant Aunt Chilada’s finally reopens for public dining at 11 a.m. today at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa on the southwest corner of I-10 and Baseline in Tempe. The restaurant and bar has been a popular South Mountain hangout since 1986.
