Tia Carmen, a contemporary Southwestern restaurant from celebrity chef Angelo Sosa, has opened at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa near the northeast corner of Tatum and Deer Valley in northeast Phoenix. It replaces the resort’s former Stonegrill.
