Denver-based Birdcall makes Arizona debut today in Scottsdale

Birdcall, a Denver-based chain specializing in fried chicken sandwiches and tenders, makes its Arizona debut at 11 a.m. today on the northeast corner of Scottsdale and Shea in Scottsdale. The menu also offers craft cocktails, including margaritas and frozen beverages, as well as beers on draft. A second Birdcall restaurant is slated to open at San Tan Village in Gilbert this fall, and a third in Phoenix at the end of the year.
