Bliss Rebar – a restaurant and lounge with American comfort food, craft cocktails, and a shaded patio – is closing May 22 after 12 years on the northeast corner of Fourth Street and Garfield in downtown Phoenix. ‘‘We diligently tried to negotiate a new lease, but the new executor of the estate has different plans that unfortunately do not include us,’’ the venue announced on social media.
