California-based Blue Burro opens 1st Arizona location in Gilbert

Blue Burro, which has four locations in California, has opened its first out-of-state restaurant on the southeast corner of Williams Field and Val Vista in Gilbert. It shares space with The Buffalo Spot. Blue Burro’s menu offers burros, tacos, quesadillas, fries, aguas frescas, and 14 kinds of milkshakes. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
