After 3 years, Tipsy Egg finally opens Tuesday in downtown Chandler

One of the most protracted restaurant builds in Valley history finally comes to end at 6 a.m. Tuesday with the opening of Tipsy Egg on the southeast corner of Arizona and Boston in downtown Chandler. The breakfast and lunch eatery began work in 2019 in the space that formerly was home to Modern Margarita, which closed after a 2017 kitchen fire.
