California-based Mr. Pickle’s Sandwich Shops plans to open its first five Arizona locations by the end of this year and a sixth in early 2023. The menu offers hot and cold sandwiches, salads, and soups. The locations: Dobson and Ray in Chandler, Baseline and the 202 in Laveen Village, Combs and Gantzel in Queen Creek, Scottsdale and Shea in Scottsdale, Raintree and Thompson Peak in Scottsdale, and Bell and Litchfield in Surprise.
