Rio Rico Mexican Grill, an 18-year-old Sonoran-style sit-down restaurant on the southeast corner of Val Vista and Guadalupe in Gilbert, has moved across its parking lot to a much larger space – the 5,000-square-foot building that formerly was home to Casanova Bros. Pizza & Pasta. The popular pizzeria closed in October 2020.
