The Arizona Taco Festival is moving to the East Valley for its 13th year. The popular event, which includes a tequila expo, a chihuahua beauty pageant, lucha libre wrestling, and live music, will be held Nov. 12-13 at Bell Bank Park in southeast Mesa. It previously took place at Salt River Fields in Scottsdale.
