Ay, Chabela, a Mexican seafood restaurant with an agave-based cocktail program, is taking over the former Chez Gregory space near the southeast corner of Roosevelt and Seventh Street in downtown Phoenix. The restaurant is a joint project by brothers Andrew and Nick Renteria (Chubasco Tacos) and Sam Olguin (Killer Whale Sex Club). A summer opening is planned.
