Colombia-based Sushi Green to make U.S. debut in Chandler this summer

Sushi Green, a Colombia-based Asian fusion concept, will make its U.S. debut by the Harkins Theatres on the northwest corner of Gilbert and Germann in Chandler. It’s taking over the space formerly home to YC’s Mongolian Grill, which closed in 2020. Besides sushi, Sushi Green will offer teppanyaki and wok dishes, ceviches, and seafood tacos. A July opening is planned.
