Sr. Ozzy’s Tacos Y Mariscos, which began as a Sinaloa-inspired food truck in 2016 and added a bricks-and-mortar restaurant in south Phoenix in 2017, has opened a second location – its first franchise – on the northwest corner of Peoria and 51st Avenue in Glendale. Another franchise location is scheduled to open on the northeast corner of Cave Creek and Utopia in north Phoenix this fall.
