Buck & Rider, a 6-year-old seafood and steak restaurant in Arcadia, has a new timeline for the openings of its second and third locations. A Scottsdale location at the Shops at Chauncey Ranch on the southeast corner of Scottsdale and Mayo originally was expected to open in spring 2022, but now is scheduled to open in November. A Gilbert location at Epicenter on the northwest corner of Higley and Ray was projected to open this fall, but is pushed back to 2023.
