Roy’s Restaurant, the upscale American restaurant specializing in Hawaiian-Japanese fusion cuisine, has closed its west Chandler location near the southwest corner of Ray and 56th Street. The restaurant had opened in 2007. The struggling chain once had 21 locations in the continental U.S. but now is down to just four, including one at Desert Ridge in north Phoenix.
