Postino WineCafe will open its ninth Valley location – and its first in the West Valley – next to the Peoria Sports Complex on the south side of Paradise Lane between 79th and 83rd avenues. It will be part of a just-approved 2.66-acre mixed-use development that will include at least two other restaurant spaces.
