California Fish Grill, a Los Angeles-based chain of counter-service seafood restaurants that made its Arizona debut in Mesa in 2020, will open a second location Friday in the former IHOP at the Camelback Colonnade on the southeast corner of the Piestewa Freeway and Camelback in Phoenix. The menu offers grilled fish, hand-battered seafood, chowder, and salads, plus some plant-based options.
