Texas-based Torchy’s Tacos, which has more than 100 locations in 11 states, will make its Arizona debut next week on the southwest corner of Camelback and 20th Street in Phoenix. The public is invited to enjoy a free meal and drink at a grand opening party from 5-8 p.m. Monday. The counter-service restaurant then officially opens at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Additional locations are in the works in Phoenix and Gilbert.
