It’s official: House of Tricks in downtown Tempe has closed after 35 years

House of Tricks finally closed its doors Saturday night after 35 years in downtown Tempe. Owners Bob and Robin Trick announced in December they intended to retire and close their iconic Tempe fine-dining restaurant at the end of June. There’s no word yet on what’s next for the property on the northwest corner of Seventh Street and Forest featuring two turn-of-the-century cottages connected by a wooden deck.
