Collins Bros. Chophouse to replace Twisted Grove in Scottsdale on July 8

Collins Bros. Chophouse, the latest concept from restaurateur and chef Christopher Collins, will open next Friday, July 8, inside The Village at Hayden on the northwest corner of Hayden and Via De Ventura in central Scottsdale. It replaces previous Collins concept Twisted Grove. His other Common Ground Culinary group restaurants include Grassroots Kitchen & Tap, Wally’s American Gastropub, Sweet Provisions, The Collins Small Batch Kitchen, and The Macintosh.
