Pokitrition, a locally owned group of sushi burrito and poke bowl eateries that debuted in Chandler in 2017, has soft-opened its fourth location next to Chipotle at Westgate in Glendale. Hours will be limited to 10:45 a.m.-3 p.m. through July 11, then expand to 10:45 a.m.-9 p.m. Like Pokitrition’s Scottsdale location that opened earlier this year, the Glendale one offers a Hawaiian BBQ menu in addition its regular menu.
