Tucson-based fast-food chain Eegee’s opens its fourth Valley location – and first in the West Valley – Thursday on the northwest corner of Peoria and 35th Avenue in west Phoenix. A grand-opening celebration from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. will include music, activities, and Eegee’s swag for sale. Eegee’s menu offers sub sandwiches, fries, salads, and its signature frozen fruit drinks. Other Valley locations include two in Gilbert and another in Mesa.
