Harbor Seafood Cajun House, which debuted in Phoenix in 2020 and added a Mesa location last year, is opening a third restaurant on the northwest corner of Broadway and Hardy in Tempe. The strip-mall space formerly was home to Bamboo Grill Yard. Like its more well-known rival, Angry Crab Shack, Harbor Seafood offers seafood boils in individual bags. An opening is planned by Sept. 1.
