Salad and Go, the Gilbert-born chain of drive-through salad eateries, opens its fifth location in Gilbert on Friday near the northeast corner of Higley and Baseline. Its menu offers chef-created salads, wraps, breakfast burritos, and soup. The chain, which now will have 57 locations in Arizona and Texas, will open another near the northeast corner of Thunderbird and 83rd Avenue in Peoria on Aug. 14.
