Sam Fox’s Fly Bye opens bricks & mortar location at Desert Ridge Marketplace

Fly Bye, the Detroit-style pan pizza and chicken wings ‘‘ghost kitchen’’ concept that Sam Fox launched in late 2020, opens its first bricks-and-mortar location today at Desert Ridge Marketplace in north Phoenix. Unlike the original location, which offered takeout and delivery out of the kitchen at The Yard in Phoenix, the new location will have some limited indoor seating. Another Fly Bye location is in the works in Arcadia.
