Someburros, the family-run chain of fast-casual Mexican restaurants, opens its first West Valley location – and 14th overall – Saturday on the southwest corner of the Estrella Parkway and Van Buren in Goodyear. The menu offers 15 types of burritos, as well as tacos, tostadas, enchiladas, and tamales. The restaurant seats 100 diners inside and has a drive-through.
