Tiger Sugar, a worldwide chain of Taiwanese dessert shops best-known for its brown sugar boba milk, makes its Arizona debut at noon Saturday in the Safeway shopping center on the northeast corner of Dobson and Main in Mesa. The first 100 customers on Saturday and Sunday will receive free Tiger Sugar merchandise.
