Rusty Taco, a Dallas-born chain of Tex-Mex fast-food restaurants, has opened its third Arizona location on the southeast corner of Seventh Street and Forest (about a block north of The Chuckbox) in downtown Tempe. The chain made its Arizona debut in Gilbert in 2019 and added a Scottsdale location in 2020. Rusty Taco’s menu offers more than 20 varieties of street-style tacos, as well as margaritas and beer. Open from 11 a.m.-2 a.m. every day.
