The Roosevelt Resort Restaurant at Roosevelt Lake east of the Valley has a new name – Stagecoach Trail Bar & Grill – and will get a new menu. Sagan Simonis has purchased the restaurant, which is open Thursdays through Sundays, in a deal brokered by the Tempe-based Restaurant Brokers. The new menu will be unveiled Aug. 6.
