Cook & Craft, a 2-year-old Scottsdale gastropub that recently opened a second location at High Street in northeast Phoenix, already is planning a third. It’s joining the slew of previously announced restaurants at Verde at Cooley Station, a mixed-use development on the southwest corner of Recker and Williams Field in Gilbert, around the end of the year. The elevated pub fare features dishes like Wagyu sliders, cauliflower wings (pictured), short rib grilled cheese, and airline chicken paired with local craft beers.
