Cider Corps, which opened a new production facility and taproom near the northeast corner of Gilbert and Warner in Gilbert in late May, finally is getting around to an official ribbon-cutting with town officials at 3:30 p.m. today. It will celebrate with $4 pours of certain ciders all day. In-house Brightside Burgers will be open for dinner.
