After previously announcing it would open today, Bonfire Craft Kitchen & Tap House in south Tempe changed its plans at the last minute and now is targeting a launch next Monday, Aug. 8. The restaurant and sports bar, which debuted in Surprise in 2020, is opening its second location in the former 11,000-square-foot Tilted Kilt building near the southwest corner of Priest and Warner.
