JoJo’s Shake Bar, a Chicago-based concept known for over-the-top shakes, onion ring towers, and milk and cookie flights (pictured), is coming to the Scottsdale Quarter on the northeast corner of Scottsdale and Greenway/Butherus. The menu also offers sandwiches, burgers, and comfort food entrees. JoJo’s is expected to open in the former Stingray Sushi space in early 2023.
