Los Angeles-based Spitz Mediterranean Street Food will make its Arizona debut at Desert Ridge Marketplace in north Phoenix around the end of this year. Borrowing from street carts popular in Europe, Spitz’s menu features doner wraps, bowls, ‘‘doquitos’’ (described as Mediterranean taquitos), and loaded fries.
