Richie V’s Chicago Eatery plans to open next month in south Chandler

Richie V’s Chicago Eatery, a restaurant offering Windy City faves such as Vienna hot dogs, Italian beef, and Italian sausages, is taking over the former Johnny’s Greek & Burger Bar on the northwest corner of Alma School and Chandler Heights in south Chandler. Owner Richie Vaia hopes to open Labor Day weekend.
