Two Hands Corn Dogs, a national chain of Korean street food eateries that made its Arizona debut in Mesa in 2020, has opened its fifth Valley location in a strip mall on the southwest corner of Cooper and Ray in Chandler. It takes over the space formerly home to Subway and, most recently, short-lived Pie Express.
