Sushi Green, a Colombia-based Asian fusion concept, has made its U.S. debut by the Harkins Theatres on the northwest corner of Gilbert and Germann in Chandler. It’s taken over the space formerly home to YC’s Mongolian Grill, which closed in 2020. Besides sushi, Sushi Green offers teppanyaki and wok dishes, ceviches, and seafood tacos. Open for lunch and dinner daily.
