Vitality Bowls Superfood Café, a California-based fast-casual health food concept, has made its Arizona debut at Verde at Cooley Station, a mixed-use development on the southwest corner of Recker and Williams Field in Gilbert. The menu offers acai bowls, salads, wraps, paninis, and smoothies. Open from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. daily.
