Mediterranean-Arabic breakfast eatery Rayoog Cafe opens in Gilbert

By Jess Harter Thursday, August 18, 2022

Rayoog Cafe, a family-run Mediterranean-Arabic breakfast and brunch eatery, has opened on the northwest corner of Cooper and Elliot in Gilbert. It takes over the former Brooklyn Mike’s Subs strip-mall space. The menu mostly offers egg dishes, toasts (pictured), and salads, but also includes an Arabic breakfast (hummus, falafel, salad, sour cream, fava beans, and baba ghanoush) and kibbehs (Middle Eastern meat pies). Open 8 a.m.-2 p.m. daily.
