Oregon-based Dutch Bros. Coffee will open its newest Valley location at 5 a.m. Tuesday near the southeast corner of Bell and Seventh Avenue in north Phoenix. The chain will donate $1 from every drink sold on Tuesday to the Ryan House, which helps families that have a child facing a life-limiting or terminal condition.
