Beer Research Institute in Mesa will hold its fourth annual Egg Roll & Beer Pairing on Thursday. For $25, you gets four handmade egg rolls and four half-pints of beer:
- Memphis Egg Roll: Slow-cooked pork in Memphis dry rub, jalapeno corn bread, and cole slaw with Memphis BBQ Sauce. Paired with The Belgian Tickler Belgian Brown Ale.
- Oaxacan Egg Roll: Flour tortilla spiral with Oaxaca cheese, Wisconsin cheddar, refried beans, fire-roasted corn, and pico de gallo wrapped in an egg roll with enchilada mole sauce. Paired with Vamonos Mexican Lager.
- Beef & Broccoli Egg Roll: Traditional beef and broccoli with onions, red peppers, and duck sauce. Paired with Ünnëcëssäry Ümläüts Märzen.
- Tuscan Egg Roll: Hot Italian sausage, rosemary garlic creamed potato, peppered kale, and onion with an alfredo dipping sauce. Paired with 480G West Coast IPA.
