Dos Pink Tacos, a ghost kitchen concept offering creative vegan tacos, burritos, and more, has launched at the Tempe Food Court on Fifth Street about a quarter-mile east of McClintock. Tacos are $4.50-$5.25 and burritos $12.50-$14.50. It’s open for takeout or delivery for lunch and dinner Wednesday through Saturday during summer. Expanded fall hours are planned.
