Cider Corps’ 40 Myke Myke has won the silver medal in the cider category at the eighth annual Honey Beer Competition, a BJCP-sanctioned contest hosted by the National Honey Board.
The cider: 40 Myke Myke is a collaboration with Myke’s Pizza, the pizzeria located inside Cider Corps’ Mesa taproom. It uses honey, ancho and arbol chiles for a sweet-with-heat profile.
The contest: More than 240 ciders were entered.
