The space: The former Grubstak space in front of EOS Fitness near the southeast corner of Gilbert and Ocotillo. Grubstak closed in June 2021.
The menu: The same as its other location in northeast Phoenix. The focus is on Mexican small plates and margaritas.
Did you know? Modern Margarita previously opened a location on the southeast corner of Arizona and Boston in downtown Chandler in 2016, but it closed after a fire the following year.
Hours: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday; 11 a.m. to midnight Thursday; 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
