Yama Sushi House, a popular Japanese restaurant that debuted in central Phoenix in 2016, has opened its fourth Valley location at the Park West shopping center on the northeast corner of Northern and 99th Avenue in Peoria.
The menu: 25 specialty sushi rolls and 25 ‘‘classic’’ rolls, along with sashimi and nigiri. Other dishes include ramen, udon noodles, yakisoba (stir-fry noodles), poke bowls, bento boxes, and more.
Other locations: Phoenix, Chandler, and Scottsdale.
Open: 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday, and noon-9 p.m. Sunday.
