Gastromé Market, a wine-and-cheese-focused store and cafe, will hold its grand opening celebration Saturday on the northeast corner of Doubletree Ranch and Gainey Center at Gainey Ranch in Scottsdale.
The space: A 3,500-square-foot market offers wines, cheeses, and handcrafted artisanal items from local purveyors. Attractions include a private room for classes, a wine alcove, a bakery, a deli counter, and gift basket stations. A 1,500-square foot restaurant is headed by chef Christopher Brugman.
Win champagne: The grand opening party starts at 10 a.m. Saturday. The first 100 guests will receive a complimentary champagne toast for their table each time they visit for the next year. (Limit one toast per week for up to four guests.)
Open: 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
